The problem
The handoff is where deals get dropped.
A buyer asks for a person and then waits. Or three different people text them in one week and none of them knows what was already said.
Salespeople worry about it too. If software books the visit, they want to know the deal is still theirs.
When does a person get pulled in?
When a person makes the difference.
Your team is brought in when a buyer is ready to come in or books a visit. They are also brought in when a buyer asks for a person or asks something only the store can answer.
Everything else stays with Sales Assist AI. Your people spend their day with buyers who are ready.

Can I talk to someone about financing before I come in?
Of course. I'm getting someone from our team for you now. Is the Big Horn still the one you want to look at?
Yes the Big Horn
6:41 PMYour team got an alert
6:47 PMRiley claimed the lead
How fast does someone pick it up?
An alert in every pocket.
Your team gets a text, an email and an alert in the app. One tap claims the lead from a phone.
If nobody claims it in 15 minutes, your team is alerted again. A manager is pulled in at 45 minutes and again at four hours. After that managers hear about it every day until someone does.

Does my salesperson walk in blind?
The whole story on one card.
Whoever claims the lead sees every message and the car the buyer wants. They also see the trade, how the buyer plans to pay and when they want to buy.
The buyer never repeats themselves. The same conversation carries on with a person.

Will my salespeople lose their deals?
The deal stays with the person who claims it.
Once a salesperson claims a lead it is theirs. The moment they type a reply, Sales Assist AI steps back on that thread.
If they go quiet on a buyer, they get a reminder. A thread left too long goes back to Sales Assist AI so the buyer is never ignored.

Questions
What GMs ask us
Does it keep texting while my team is busy?
Yes. It keeps answering the buyer until someone claims the lead. Once a salesperson starts typing it stops on that thread.
Who gets new leads?
New leads wait for the first salesperson to claim them. A store can also have them go to whoever has the fewest open leads. A manager can reassign any lead.
Can a manager see what my reps are saying?
Yes. Every thread stays in the inbox. Sales Assist AI keeps reading rep-run conversations and adds what the buyer says to their card.
What if my salesperson says they will call?
It checks. If nothing happens on the thread the lead goes back to the whole team and is flagged again.
Do I have to change how my team works?
No. Alerts come to the phone they already carry. The dealer app works on a desktop or a phone.
