Sales Assist AI
Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-09-21
The service
Sales Assist AI provides an automated business development agent service that answers, follows up with and books appointments for a dealership's sales leads by text and email, together with a web dashboard for the dealership's staff. These terms apply to every dealership that uses the service.
Fees
The fee is one thousand four hundred and ninety-seven Canadian dollars for each rooftop for each month, plus applicable taxes, billed monthly in advance. There is no setup fee and no minimum term.
Cancellation
Either party may end the service at any time with notice by email. Service continues to the end of the paid month. We do not refund a partial month.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the inventory, pricing, hours and other information you give the service, and for your own compliance with the laws that apply to your dealership, including advertising and consumer protection rules in your province. You will only connect lead sources and customers you are entitled to contact.
What the service will not do
The service does not quote payments, interest rates or taxes, does not offer promotions you have not configured, and does not give credit decisions. It hands a conversation to your staff whenever a customer asks for a person. These limits are enforced in software, but you remain responsible for your customers' transactions.
Data
Your dealership's data, and your customers' data, remain yours. We process them to provide the service under our Privacy Policy. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage information to improve the service.
Availability
We aim for continuous operation and monitor the service around the clock. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. When a message cannot be sent, the lead is held for your staff rather than dropped.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Ontario.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date and telling you by email. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
