The problem
A full board on Friday and an empty showroom on Saturday.
Every BDC knows the feeling. The appointments are set and too many buyers never walk in.
Nobody has time to text every buyer the night before and again that afternoon. A missed visit usually gets one call. Then the lead goes cold.
Does it book times my team can keep?
Only real open times on your calendar.
It offers times inside your store hours and never on a day you are closed. Each visit takes the length you set. A slot stops being offered once it is full.
When a salesperson agrees on a time in the thread, the app offers to log the visit with one tap.

Could we come see the Sportage on Sunday?
We're closed Sundays. I have Saturday at 10 or Monday at 6. Which works better?
Monday at 6
You're booked for Monday at 6 to see the 2023 Sportage EX. See you then.

Will they remember to come?
Reminders that get a yes.
The buyer gets a reminder the day before and again a few hours before. A morning visit gets its reminder the evening before.
When the buyer replies yes, the visit is marked confirmed. Your Today screen lists the visits that still need a yes.

Mon 3:00 PM
See you at 6 today, Nina. It will be ready out front.
What happens when they don't show?
A missed visit gets new times.
When the time passes with no visit, it is marked as missed and the lead goes back to being worked. The buyer gets a friendly note with new times.
Buyers can move a visit by text too. Nobody on your team has to remember to chase them.

Sorry we missed you today, Omar. Want to try again? I have Monday at 5:30 or Tuesday at 6.
Sorry, work ran late. Tuesday at 6 please
You're booked for Tuesday at 6. I'll send a reminder that afternoon.
How do I know who actually came in?
Every visit ends with an outcome.
After the visit your salesperson taps Sold, Came in or No-show. If nobody taps, Sales Assist AI asks the buyer how the visit went and reads the answer.
The follow-up changes to match the outcome. A sale gets a thank-you with your review link.

Questions
What GMs ask us
Where do the appointments go?
Into your store's calendar in the dealer app. Your team sees every visit on the Appointments screen with the car and whether the buyer confirmed.
Can it double-book a time?
No. Each slot holds as many visits as you set. Once it is full it is not offered again.
Who gets the appointment?
The moment a visit is booked your team gets an alert to claim it. The visit shows on the Appointments screen right away.
Can a buyer move their visit?
Yes. They can ask by text or email and it finds a new open time. The calendar updates on its own.
Will reminders go out too early in the morning?
No. Reminders only go out during the day where the buyer lives.
