Your data
- Your customers' conversations are never used to train general-purpose AI models, and our model providers are contractually barred from doing so.
- We never sell personal information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
- When an agreement ends you have thirty days to export your data. After that it is deleted from the service.
Security
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Who sees what is enforced in the database itself, not only on screen. A salesperson sees only the leads they are allowed to see.
- Two-factor sign-in is available to every user. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
- Our own staff access is limited and logged.
Consent and messages
- Consent is recorded for every customer, and so is every request to stop.
- STOP, the unsubscribe link, or a request in plain words ends messages from your store right away.
- Follow-ups wait for daytime in the buyer's own time zone.
- It says up front that it is an AI. It never makes decisions about credit, pricing or eligibility, and any buyer can ask for a person.
The paperwork
- Written for Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA) and anti-spam law (CASL).
- A data processing agreement covering safeguards, breach notification and deletion is available on request.
- The service is hosted in the United States, with safeguards in our provider contracts for information that leaves Canada.
